How does a start-up food company get nutritional information printed on its products?

I am starting a baby food company and need to know how and where to go to have my product analyzed and then have that info placed on the product - you know, calories, vitamins, carbs, etc. I am new to the food manufacturing business, so I am clueless.

There a number of independent labs that can perform the testing and documentation required by the food and drug administration.
